We were waited on promptly but Matt Durst on the day my son and I went looking to see what was available. He explained the difference between models and features of each vehicle. We designed a vehicle with features I desired in a car I would like to own and decided on a price range that fit into my budget. I contemplated and reviewed my car of choice and returned the next week to order the car and features which were discussed. They did not have car at their dealership and they informed me that they would call other dealerships to obtain. I made a deposit that day. Matt called several days later to notify me that it was more difficult to locate the car then he originally had anticipated. It did take several days before he notified me that they had found the vehicle but it would be coming off a train, car carrier and then a dealership delivery. Several more days passed when they notified me the car was at the dealership and was available. My experience was good and I am pleased with my purchase.

While my truck was at your dealer getting worked on it received significant hail damage and that’s very frustrating because the truck normally sits inside and I was told this was a complementary oil change with the purchase of the vehicle which it ended up not being so it costed me money I would’ve never had to spend since I do my own services and now my truck has thousands of dollars in hail damage

I called for an oil change on my 2022 Blazer RS. I made an appointment but when I got there it was not on the books. I was told I probably called the call center. I just called the number on the website; I thought I was talking to the dealership. I had to reschedule the follow week. So, I drove more than 30 miles round trip for nothing. The guys at the service center were great, your call center not so much. I would have given you a 1 on the survey if the guys at the service center weren't so nice.

Steve the salesman called us, after being notified we were interested in a new vehicle. We told him we were and what we wanted. He stated they had a car we may like. We went to the dealership, but it wasn’t everything we wanted. Knowing our desires he located what we wanted and we completed the deal. He also took the time to show and explain the options. A previous dealership did not know or show us the options.
